RETURN AND REFUND POLICY - SENSATIONAL BEAUTY LLC

Thank you for shopping with Sensational Beauty LLC.

1. CUSTOMIZED BRAIDED CAP WIGS AND LACE-FRONT WIGS - NO REFUNDS

All customized braided cap wigs and lace-front wigs are made to order based on your custom specifications (including but not limited to cap size, color, length, density, and lace type).

Due to the customized nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ZERO REFUNDABLE. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.

Please review your order carefully before placing it. We will send a confirmation of your custom details before production begins. Once production has started, your order cannot be canceled or modified.

2. ALL OTHER PRODUCTS - REFUNDABLE

All other products sold by Sensational Beauty LLC (such as hair care products, accessories, and non-customized, in-stock items) are eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund:

•  You must request a return within 7 days of delivery

•  Item must be unused, unwashed, unopened, and in its original packaging

•  You must provide proof of purchase / order number

3. How to Request a Refund for Eligible Products

Email us at: sensationalbeautyllc@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

•  Any product that has been used, washed, cut, or altered

•  Items returned without prior approval

•  Customized braided cap wigs and lace-front wigs under any circumstance
